At 3D Boutique, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be returned in its original packaging where possible.
  • Include any accessories or components supplied with the item.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if:

  • The item is defective or faulty.
  • The item arrives damaged.
  • You receive the wrong item.

Please include photographs of the issue where possible so that we can assess the situation and resolve it as quickly as possible.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, 3D Boutique will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Personalised and Custom-Made Products

Due to the nature of our products, personalised, customised, and made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

We strongly recommend checking all customisation details carefully before placing your order, as we cannot accept responsibility for errors submitted during the ordering process.

Ready-Made Products

Non-personalised, ready-made products may be returned within 14 days of receipt provided they meet the return eligibility requirements outlined above.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges where appropriate.

The quickest way to exchange an item is to contact us at support@3dboutique.shop. Once the original item has been received and inspected, we will advise on the next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
